Who is Kelly Chilvers?
Kelly is a women’s health physiotherapist here at woom. She completed her Graduate Certificate in Continence and Pelvic Health and has completed her Masters in Continence and Pelvic Health in 2023. This has provided Kelly with the most up to date, evidence-based treatment protocols for women’s health physiotherapy. With her personal extensive background in endometriosis, this has become a particular area of interest for Kelly in her clinical practice.
Kelly’s main areas of interest are:
- Supporting women through their antenatal and postnatal journey in returning to exercise
- Pelvic pain – endometriosis, adenomyosis, Genito-Pelvic Pain Penetration Disorder (GPPPD), etc.
- Breast care for mastitis, cracked nipples, blocked ducts, and engorgement
