Dr Amy Hicks is a Specialist Gynaecologist who has an interest in looking after women through all stages of life providing both medical and surgical treatment options. She has a passion for delivering evidence-based, holistic and personalised care to young girls and women. She has also had the opportunity to complete a Fellowship in fertility under Dr Tamara Hunter (Founder, Woom and Medical Director of Monash IVF West).

Amy is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of Obstetrics and Gynaecology. Through her training, she has had the opportunity to train under some of Australia’s leading minimally invasive gynaecological surgeons in Sydney, NSW. She has also undertaken further fellowship training in reproductive medicine and infertility, with a view to apply to subspeciality training in Clinical Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility.
Amy’s interests include caring for women across their lifespan. From adolescent gynaecology, through reproductive years and into menopause. She is known for her calm, compassionate approach and her commitment to listening to each patient’s concerns.
Her background in Exercise and Sport Science, working with both teenage developing athletes as well as elite athletes has informed her holistic approach to health, acknowledging the complex interaction of general wellbeing, lifestyle, psychological and physical health.
Amy holds appointments at Fiona Stanley Hospital, caring for complex Obstetric and Gynaecological patients, Monash IVF West and Woom.
